The company behind the ledger

About CapEasy.

Saral is built by CapEasy, an Indian software company building the tools Indian companies actually operate on. The premise behind Saral is simple: in India, an equity event is not a ledger entry — it is a cascade of legal obligations. A generation of tools digitised the cap-table spreadsheet; nobody made the cap table and its compliance the same system. That is the whole product.

The rulebook Saral runs on was reviewed line-by-line by a practising Company Secretary in July 2026 — the corrections (including the PAS-3 15-day branch and the current stamp duty regime) are documented in our repository and enforced by tests. When the law is disputed, the product says so instead of guessing.

The CapEasy suite

  • Saral — the equity operating system (you are here).
  • Kaarya — CapEasy suite sibling.
  • Pramaan — DPDP compliance. Building it keeps our own data-protection posture honest.
  • Saahak — CapEasy suite sibling.
